Dustin Gaston

Dustin Gaston was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and raised in the nearby town of Greenwood. He began attending the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith in 2011, and graduated cum laude in 2015 with a
bachelor’s degree in psychology.

After earning his bachelor’s degree, Dustin went on to law school at the University of Arkansas School of Law. During this time, he interned in the litigation department of a Fortune 500 trucking company and provided assistance on cases involving catastrophic semi-truck accidents. It was during this internship that Dustin discovered his desire to practice personal injury law.

Upon passing the Bar exam, Dustin moved to South America to learn Spanish so that he could better serve individuals in need of immigration legal services. Upon becoming proficient in the Spanish language, Dustin returned to the States and began volunteering at a non-profit immigration defense law firm in Northwest Arkansas. Around this time, he also volunteered at the Dilley Pro Bono Project which serves newly arrived refugees that are detained at the country’s largest immigration detention facility, near the United States/Mexico border. Eventually he started his own law firm, concentrating primarily on immigration and criminal defense. During this time Dustin routinely practiced in various State Courts, as well as Federal Immigration Court.

After gaining experience in the courtroom, Dustin moved to Colorado and began working exclusively in the field of personal injury. Dustin has obtained millions of dollars in recovery for his clients and he is passionate about protecting individuals from large corporations, and ensuring that victims of accidents obtain the recovery that they deserve.
