Robert E. Caldwell
Robert E. Caldwell, Jr. (Rob) is originally from Memphis, Tennessee, attended college in Nashville, Tennessee at Vanderbilt University followed by law school at St. Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. Rob is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Missouri, Illinois, and Federal District Court. In 2009, he started his career in Missouri as a public defender where he was lead trial counsel for almost 1,000 cases. In 2011, Rob began work in private practice, litigating in all aspects employment discrimination claims, personal injury, and worker compensation claims. As part of his practice, Rob brought a class action lawsuit potentially involving thousands of class members which is still pending. In 2016, Rob and his wife made a permanent move to Colorado to raise their family. Rob has litigated countless motion hearings, conducted numerous mediations, conducted trial, and litigated at the Missouri Court of Appeals.
Rob is a member of the Colorado Trial Attorney Association, Colorado Plaintiff’s Employment Lawyer Association, Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and the National Employment Lawyer Association – St. Louis.
