Sage Dentistry a.k.a. “Family and Implant Dentistry of CO”

In this case, an individual who was employed by Sage Dentistry, a.k.a. “Family and Implant Dentistry of Colorado” as a dental assistant alleges that Sage violated the Fair Labor Standards Act and Colorado wage and hour law by failing to pay her and its other nonexempt employees overtime compensation for the hours they worked over 40 per week, failing to pay the employees for the time they spent traveling between Sage’s offices, and failing to provide the employees with paid rest periods.
