Since 2006, The Wilhite Law Firm has offered to reimburse rideshares during many holidays to keep Colorado roads and citizens safe from accidents caused by drunk driving!

Reminder that submissions are due two weeks after the last date of the program to be eligible to receive a Reimbursement Credit.

What forms of rideshares are eligible for reimbursements?

We are no longer offering monetary reimbursements for rides. Starting in March 2024 the Rideshare Program will be offered exclusively through UBER or LYFT Credits. If you took a Yellow Taxi or something similar, please email a digital receipt (we will not accept physical paper receipts) to cab@wilhitelawfirm.com.

Will you schedule a rideshare ride for me?

No. You are responsible for acquiring your safe ride home and sending in the receipt (within two weeks), so that we may reimburse via Credits to UBER or Lyft.

What holidays and events is the program for?

The Wilhite Law Firm is offering our Rideshare Program for events and Holidays (1 Ride per duration of Holiday/Event):

St. Patrick’s Day – 3.15.24 – 3.17.24

Starting in March 2024 the Rideshare Program will be offered exclusively through UBER or Lyft Credits that will still cover up to $35.00 of your fare.

Who is eligible for the program?

Anyone age 21 or older with a valid ID that resides in Colorado may participate in the program.

What trips are eligible for the program?

This offer is good for a one-way ride to your home and may be redeemed one time for the entire duration of the program — You must submit your receipt for a Credit Reimbursement within two weeks of the last day of the program!

How do I get reimbursed for my ride?

After you schedule and pay UBER or Lyft for your ride home, get a digital receipt for the trip and a copy of your valid ID (scan it or simply take a clear photo of it on your phone). Then use our online form to submit all the required information. You have two weeks to submit your receipt following the last day of the program.

Please keep in mind it may take up to 4-6 weeks to receive your Credit Reimbursement due to the volume of inquiries we receive.
