July 25, 2011 - Barbara and Manford ThorntonDear Mr. Sawaya, When my husband came to visit me in the hospital, the day after our April, 2010 accident, he told me he had called an attorney. He knew we?d need help with all the medical bills. We came to talk to Brad (Londer) the next week and you (Mr. Sawaya) were kind enough to take a few minutes out of your busy day to speak with me. Bernadette Lopez got the job of taking care of the medical details and she did a fantastic job. When we were on the phone, she had the patience to cope with my hearing problems. She answered all of my questions and some of them must have seemed stupid to her. She took the time to explain and make sure I understood everything. Mr. Holub negotiated a much better settlement than I expected and we really appreciated his efforts on my behalf. Everyone from the front desk to yourself (Mr. Sawaya) were very helpful in getting us through the ordeal. We want to thank everyone for their kindness.
